Aura is a roastery and a coffee shop. The coffee you drink here is the coffee we roasted that week.

Our Story
Aura started because we wanted to roast our own coffee. Not outsource it. Not slap a label on someone else's beans. We wanted to learn the craft, put in the hours, and build something real from the ground up.
We source green beans from farms we trust, roast them in small batches, and serve them fresh. Every bag, every cup, every pour has our hands on it. That's the whole point. You should know where your coffee comes from and who roasted it.
Lakeview felt like the right place to do this. It's a neighborhood that cares about the real thing, not the hype. We're building Aura to be a spot where you can taste the difference that fresh-roasted, in-house coffee makes.
